Wanda was born September 9, 1940 in Napa, Ca. She worked at the Colusa County Court House from 1964-1974. Wanda and Russell decided to move their family to Sonoma County. She worked at SCPEO from 1974-1981. In 1981, she and Russell decided to move to Casper, Wyoming. She went to work at True Drilling Inc. from 1981-2004, when she decided to retire. She decided to go back to work and worked for Loaf and Jug from 2006-2012. She had to retire due to her illness. She loved to fish, camp and spend time with the family. She will be missed by many. In lieu of flowers, please make a donation to your favorite charity, the American Cancer Society or Westland House in Monterey, Ca.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Russell Stockman, mother, Mildred Loudon, father, Frank Day and sister, Deborah Stine.
She is survived by her daughter, Libby ( Bruce) Pedersen of Salinas, CA; daughter, Dianne( Bob) Sharp, son, Trent ( April) Stockman, of Casper , WY and sister, Mary ( Steve) Michalak of Auburn, CA. She has 10 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
