Obituary

Carmel attorney, Suzette Perry, age 73 collapsed and died suddenly at her home on December 4, 2017. Born in Budapest, she left Hungary during the 1956 popular uprising and arrived in the USA in December of that year knowing no English.
Her graduation from Chicago’s Senn High School was followed by a B.S. in Psychology from San Francisco State University, a J.D. from Monterey College of Law and an LL.M. from Golden Gate University. As a founder of the Perry Law Office she specialized in estate planning, wills and trusts, and was highly regarded by clients, the courts and her friends. Legal services are now continued at the Perry Law Office on Mission Street between 7th and 8th under the supervision of Ute M. Isbill-Williams, Esq.
Suzette found joy in the activities of her chosen profession and in walking along Carmel’s beach with her Berner. She loved traveling America and overseas with her family. Above all else she was passionately and lovingly devoted to the care of her now broken hearted family. Survivors are her husband Noel, son Gerson, daughter Tessa (Matthew) Best, stepsons Andrew (Cara) and Marc (Diane) and six grandchildren.
The family held a graveside service December 8 at Mission Memorial Park in Seaside. Memorial contributions may be made in her name to the Monterey College of Law or a charity of your choice.
On March 10 in Carmel we will hold a Celebration of Suzette’s life and love.
