She will be remembered for her devotion to her children and her solid faith in Jesus. She said on her last day that "God was not just faithful to our family, but He has been Wonderful!!!
Naoma lived in Salinas since 1960. She retired from the YMCA after 33 yrs as a secretary to bookkeeper then to office manager. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Salinas where she served as treasurer. Naoma was a graduate of Practical Bible Training School in New York 1950.
She is survived by her two children, Karl Mason, of Ventura and Jewel Maisonneuve of Salinas.
She was known as Grandma Sweetheart to her seven grandkids and four great grandkids.
A celebration gathering for friends and family to be held at 3:00pm on Sunday, November 1, 2009 at First Baptist Church of Salinas, 1130 San Vincente Avenue, Salinas, CA 93901.
In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts can be sent to First Baptist Church for their support of missions teams to Kikongo Africa.
