The family moved to New Mexico when he was 6 years old and he attended schools in Lordsburg, Clayton, and Hobbs, New Mexico. He enjoyed water skiing and fishing there. He excelled in music receiving several High School awards in Clarinet Playing. Moving to Salinas in 1971 Dan worked at several jobs and then attended Hartnell College receiving his AA Degree.
He was employed at Monterey County Behavioral Health Department as a Psych Aide. Retiring in 2010.
His hobby became working in jewelry and collecting Religious Figurines.
Daniel was preceded in death by his brother, Dennis Webb in 1979.
He is survived by his parents, Dale and Madge Webb of Salinas, brother, Tim (Terry) Webb of Rescue, CA., 2 nieces Evion (Nick) Bingaman of Garden Valley, CA. and Emily Webb of Calif. State University at San Marcos, CA.
Visitation will be held 3:00p.m. to 7:00p.m. Friday, April 6, 2018 at Struve and Laporte Chapel, 41 W. San Luis Street, Salinas, CA. 93901.
He will be greatly missed.
